Terms of Sale:
Banner Express will begin work upon full verification of your order. Full verification consists of receiving confirmation that all artwork has been uploaded and approved, and your order has been paid in full and processed. All orders (including approval of a proof) must be placed and have full verification before 12 Noon Pacific Standard Time (PST) in order for work to begin that same day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed Monday morning. No refunds will be allowed once your order has been proofed and verified by you.

Sales Tax:
All orders are subject to California sales tax of 8.625%

Shipping/ Turnaround:
Compliance with all current Postal Service laws and regulations must be strictly adhered to. Turnaround times do not begin when your order is submitted. Our quoted turnaround time begins when we verify your order (receive confirmation that all your artwork is uploaded and approved, and payment has been processed), or if you choose to receive a proof before printing your turnaround time will begin once we have received confirmation of the approval of your proof.

Refund Policy:
Once work on your order has been verified and work has begun, we will not be able to allow refunds. However requests for a refund will be honored prior to processing your order. A fee of $15 will be assessed on any order canceled prior to actual work being begun.

File Requirements:
Please refer to our File Specifications. Banner Express cannot process orders that do not meet our minimum File Specifications. Images may need to be enlarged or reduced and cropped approximately 1/8" to 1/4" to allow for bleed.

Color/Proofing:
Proof read all layouts, carefully checking copy position, type, numbers, halftones, and names. You are completely responsible as to the accuracy and content of your layout. Banner Express will output your color printing as accurately as possible from your digitally created files/layouts, *but may not match density and color fully due to inherent limitations in the full color printing process. Banner Express's final color reproduction is guaranteed between 85% and 90% of the original digital files/layouts uploaded. Banner Express accept no responsibility for color variations between digital files/layouts and the actual artwork or product they represent. However, color discrepancy of variation from digital proof may be re-run at no charge if determined to be outside the range of possible match to the digital proof at the discretion of Banner Express. Any Electronic Proof provided by Banner Express should not be used for confirmation of final color quality, a printed proof can simply be ordered for conformation of color quality.

In the unlikely event of manufacturing error or defect you must notify Banner Express within 24-48 hours after you have received your product/s and we will re-run at no additional charge to you. Banner Express reserves the right to determine validity of claims of manufacture errors or defects. If you do not make contact with in the time frame above will be under no obligation to provide a refund or reprint.

Indemnification:
By submitting your order you certify that you own or have written permission to use the image or images that Banner Express is reproducing for you (the purchaser). Banner Express customers will indemnify and hold harmless Banner Express, from any and all loss, cost, expense, and damages on any and all manner of claims, demands, actions and proceedings that may be instituted against Banner Express on the grounds alleging that the printing violates any copyright or any proprietary right of any person or company.
